Four years ago, I applied to join the Peace Corps in Latin America. I arrived to Panama in June 2013 and completed a successful two year service in Bocas del Toro, Panama. I wasn´t quite ready to leave yet, however, and extended for a third year where I am currently working as the Regional Leader of the Darien province.
